80’s: Madonna eat your heart out! Quintessential John Paul Gaultier suit. Looks like it is made of rayon, could be a lined wool gabardine. Black and crème pin striped double breasted jacket with a gold “sharkskin” shimmer to it. Sleeves are cut open under arm hole like tradition kimonos. Crazy pattern lining (not pictured). Hidden princess seam pocket plus traditional pockets on jacket. Skirt looks like a girdle, with stretchy gathered sides, zippers, and tiny decorative bows. Mint condition. ...click for details

Reminds me of something Stevie Nicks would wear in concert. Almost kept myself (my shoulders are too large!), Stunning condition, circa 1918. Beading and lace is in amazing condition. Feels like a silky rayon with silk lace. Not sure if it's all silk, you would have to ask your dry cleaners. Fits to mid-calf.
