Sales Policy
Off My Back On the Rack Vintage & Design likes to have satisfied and returning
customers. Please read our product descriptions thoroughly and take the
time to take your own measurements, as vintage clothing tends to fit
smaller and shorter people than today's clothing sizes. If a clothing item
does not fit, please e-mail us at coolvintage@earthlink.net within 7 days so
we can relist the item for sale. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
and a 15% restocking fee. A Paypal refund will be credited when the item is received
in clean and undamged condition. We try to be as accurate as possible in describing
the size and condition of each item. Please understand that many times
these items are at least 50-60 years old or older and are in "vintage"
condition. We also request that the customer take note that many dresses
from the 40's and 50's have zippers on the side and items older than
that have hidden panels of snaps and hooks and eyes and to take
their time and care when trying them on. Thank you.
